Q. May I provide a business or greeting card to be included with my order? A. Yes, we do offer this service for FREE. If you forget to include your message with your order you can send your information to martha@cookiesbymartha.com and we'll take care of that for you.
Q. Can I purchase a cookie gift different than what is offered on the website? A. No. In order to ship orders as quickly as possible, all of the items are packaged according to the standard design.
Q. How can I pay? A. Pay via PayPal accepting Visa & MasterCard. A PayPal account is never required.
Q. How are items shipped? A. Once an order is placed, our products are shipped within 24 business hours and are delivered within 2-3 business days. We offer overnight and standard transportation. Extra protection is supplied to eliminate breakage risk. You may request a delivery date upon checkout, however delivery cannot be guaranteed on this date. We will ship your cookies to arrive as close to this date as possible.
